Abilities scale with Crystal and Weapon Power which is presented as "Crystal Ratio %" and "Weapon Ratio %." So, if an ability has a Crystal Ratio of 70%, then it will deal additional damage based on 70% of your Crystal Power. An ability like Krul's Dead Man's Rush will scale with both Crystal Power at 70% and Weapon Power at 100% for damage.
Ability dmg + (% crystal ratio * crystal power) + (% weapon ratio * weapon power) = max damage of your ability.
For example, 500 + (70% * 175) + (100% * 210) = 783 max damage.
But the enemy might have armor or shield.
For example, the enemy has 231 armor and 125 shield.
Our crystal ratio & weapon ratio will be mitigated.
Since ability dmg deal crystal power, our ability dmg will be mitigated by shield. Here's the formula:
(Ability dmg / [1 + enemy's shield / 100]) + (% crystal ratio * [crystal power / {1 + enemy's shield / 100}]) + (% weapon ratio * [weapon power / {1 + enemy's armor}]) = total max damage of your ability.
So, (500 / [1 + 125 / 100]) + (70% * [105 / {1 + 125 / 100}]) + (100% * [210 / {1 + 231 / 100}]) = 318.
