I have a question about Reflex blocks. The item descriptions on items with reflex block say that when you use it, you "block all debuffs for 1 second." But the real question here is what are considered debuffs (items most specifically)? Like can reflex block negate frostburn's effect? Does damage on the health barrier proc lifesteal? Pls answer, im pretty curious about this.

Slow is a debuff just as being stunned or silenced is as well. Yes you can still life steal since it only blocks about 25% damage.
