Not sure if and of the developers or players have written or talked about this, is it possible to have or possibly already in the works of having a visual of the cooldown timer for your allies abilities and possible defensive items? This could make it easier to get team understanding of what pings mean, and know what a teammates next "move" could be. If they are dead, when they respawn with a quick glance and not opening the build chart and blocking view of a possible enemy attack. It would be helpful I believe in those mid/ending game jungle fight knowing who has a stun available, who has an ult, if you have an available crucible or fountain somewhere amongst you.

Not sure how to exactly put this in the game and having it not be in the way? Maybe having them semi-transparent at the bottom near your abilities or on the side of the screen closest to your base?

Just an idea, I wasn't sure if they have spoken about this before.

Look at every other MOBA. None of them have this. A REALLY good player knows their cooldowns, but in reality it is part of the challenge playing without knowing teammate cooldowns.
Although I would like to see an ult timer, and teammate health bars (like a red dot for on cooldown, green for ready)
