Can't select free rotation heroes?

I can only select the heroes I've got, and haven't been able to select the free rotation heroes for a while now.
Is this only happening to me?

It happened to me also. Can't use ardan :( but thankfully I have the rest bought.
Skill tier- usually floating around in simply amazing
Server- NA
I can play any position. Add me for a match!

You have to uninstall the game and not play for a day for it to fix itself.
I never play scaarf but I have him as my avatar to mess with people.

Rank: Pretty good. It fluctuates between bronze, silver. and gold, but I usually never go under or over that.

The free hero rotation only applies to the Casual queue. Ranked queue requires you to own the hero, as it means you're more likely to be good at playing them.
