I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed this but when laning with Vox, it's been difficult to last hit. When the minion health bar turns orange, that's when you can supposedly last hit. Or so it has been for every other hero I've played. With the Vox hotfix, it just messes up your lane farming because last hit doesn't coincide with that orange health bar. Is this on purpose?
