I see many guides where they put Breaking Point... then when explaining they say: 'Must know how to use Breaking point'

I am having trouble finding information about it... could someone explain to me how breaking point works?

The point of breaking point is that you have to be right in the middle of the fight and you have to be constantly attacking it because Breaking Point will only activate its passive when you are attacking an enemy so its more for the tanks or heroes that normally go all in like glaive or krul.
