Was wondering if the developers have any plans as far as adding a ladder or season mode to the game. I love playing this game, but outside of playing to save up Glory for more characters, I do not have any incentive to play...

The current rank seems to be vague as to how it relates to the top players.

Any ideas from anyone?

The devs haven't ruled out the idea of a leaderboard (If I'm not mistaken they even sounded positive about the idea during a twitch stream). But I think right now they're focused on adding more basic features, like allowing players to use their own music in-game like they did in the last update.

It would be so awesome to see where you rank on your server and globally :D
