Any chance we get a tier IV skin?

I currently have a lot of cards received after completing the tier III of the skin.
Is it safe to break them for the essence? I don't get why would you get more cards for something you already completed at max tier, they should filter them out, unless there are plans for a tier IV at some point in the future (?)
