Hello (sry 4 bad grammar lel)

So Ive been having trouble lately while playing the game because of a bug. Example:
You queue up for a battle royale match. The accept/decline screen pops up and you click accept. After the timer finishes, the screen goes black and continues the game.
In my case, the screen becomes black after the queue finishes and the game freezes. It does NOT let me go to the hero select screen because the screen is just literally black. I tried to refresh the game( by clicking the home button twice and swiping up) and open vainglory, but the game tries to reconnect me. Sometimes, the game fails to reconnect for some reason and the loading screen of the hero is stuck so I have no choice to repeat the same process. When it reconnects, I am waaaay behind my teammates and enemies levels because of the "bug". In the end, I get a buttload of reports for being AFK, and right now I am banned for 4 hours due to the bug. Is anyone else experiencing the same bug or is it just me? Pls fix this and thx

tldr: Hero select does not appear and the screen is stuck after the accept decline queue.

Forgot to add that this bug started to happen after the Lance hero update.
