As a jungler which should i buy?

Neither for a jungler, I would get glaive, petal, ozo, or Skye as junglers.

^^^ what Vikings said. Both are support heroes and aren't the best at damage; they do decent as junglers in some situations but can be shut down easily by a good team, especially in the late game. You'd be much better off jungling koshka, Glaive, Skye, etc
