Does anyone know how long it'll take them to release 5v5 ranked, because I'm sick of this casual gameplay and ready for competitive!

I think it'll be a while before they release 5v5 Ranked. It will take some time for people to perfect their strategies/teams/skills for the completely different 5v5 mode so it might take some time.
