Just got banned for 25 minutes because I failed to select a hero fast enough. While I understand / agree with the need to select quickly and keep the game moving, this is too extreme. I did not abandon a game, nor did I leave once the other team had selected, yet I have to sit out for 25 minutes?!

This kind of treatment of your loyal, ICE buying costumers is unacceptable.

Lol, if it takes you more then the time allowed to pick a hero it's not the games fault.
And it takes you doing something much worse to get banned for 25 minutes.
