Want to make a build for Krul, but just wondering if Clockwork reduces the cooldown time for Shiversteel?

Planning to make Krul with 2 Clockworks, Boots T3, Aegis, Bonesaw & Shiversteel

Any improvements? Thanks.

No, Clockwork only reduces the ability cooldown. I think Krul is a lot better without Clockworks, here a possible build: Breaking Point, Bonesaw/Sorrowblade, Shiversteel, Boots, Atlas Pauldron/Metal Jacket/Crucible, Aegis/Crucible

I tested clockwork for tension bow cooldown, and it is also not affected.

As a secondary option, consider tension bow. A little bit of armor piercing, and some weapon power, plus a nice hit on initiation. The psychological effect is probably more important than the actual damage. If you jump out of the brush with tension bow ready + deadmans rush, it's going to take a nice chunk of life away. I don't care who they are, they'll be running. :D

Let me finish this, clockwork ONLY works on ABILITIES, the three things on the bottom part of the screen, nothing else

Keep in mind it may say 50% cool down but if you get two it will have the 50% cool down on what you already have so your cool down will just half constantly so it will go down but half not reach 100% no cool down instead you'll have 25% cool down.

Sorry uncrudable, but that's wrong. It says 50% cooldown acceleration. For example, 50% cooldown acceleration means your cooldown goes 50% faster, so with an ability cooldown of 10 seconds, one clockwork would reduce it to more or less 7 seconds. A good krul build is Shiversteel, Boots, Sorrowblade, Bonesaw, one defensive item, and Tyrant's monocle. Breaking Point is totally out of sync with Krul now that SEMC tweaked it.

I don't even buy breaking point on any characters now, I'd rather risk pure damage. But yeah that build is pretty good, I've been using it lately but sometimes I replace tyrants with more defence depending on the match.
