Might be wrong, but I think the munions count as small minions so they wouldn't get stunned by Ardan's Gauntlet. IIRC, small minions can't be affected by any type of effect.

Now I want Frankie the Dwarf as a hero now.

The cooldown will not be reduced. Any item that reduces cooldown only does so on abilities.

It's sad that the first guide I looked up on this site for the first hero I legit tried to learn is gone ( or will be). I might have switched Jungle mains since then but Koshka will always have a special place in my heart.
