You can skip eve since it's only a 20% life steal. Especially against a taka I would stick with contraption so you can flare and mine. You also get health, regen, cooldown. Plus you can clear jungles or lanes faster with the extra minion damage.

That means my cool down for each of my abilities is A- 4secs B- 2secs C- 25secs Go ahead and focus the "non Tanky" build, but with cooldowns that fast I am pretty Tanky.
