Voice chat may be nice, may be. With easy option to disconnect from it. Dunno if it is possible on iPad/iPhone without hurting it too much. Chat system won't work, type speed and keyboard popup pop out time is very big on mobile.

They need to add more heroes. All MOBAs are never balanced. These type of games are "self balanced" by what's called meta, and counter-picks etc. In all MOBAs there are 150 heroes and 100 of them are under balanced, though still are fun for low tiers and also options to buff and bring them back to meta at any moment.

There are situations where Krul is strong and situations where he is weak. Same thing you don't attack Catherine when she has bubble up, or you don't attack Ardan with lots of weak hits. Point is Krul is very strong vs noobs - players who can only do straightforward attacks, but he downgrades significantly vs more sophisticated players.

Right now there is only 1 competitive team comp in meta: Ringo Koshka Ardan. Some of them should be nerfed first probably to make other comps viable, and then you can see if any other comp is op. None of the heroes are op themselves. Just build Aegis if you play vs Krul and don't forget to kite. If you kite krul in team fight - none of you do damage. If Krul switches from target to target - he doesn't deal a lot of damage, so you probably can do more or same damage with another hero....

if your ult was not launched, but you started casting it and you got stunned sometimes you get 40 sec cooldown visually and in fact, but sometimes you get it visually, but in fact it takes full ult cooldown until you can use it again.

It is default at SA+ level that 3 players gather at shop. If you have no boots then you usually can get to shop at ~36-40 sec. So at 30 sec you will just see that people are running towards shop, it doesn't tell you much.

in LoL you see your teammates' ults

So in even team fight, your tank does a good job and soak damage but dies (he gets -1 for death, +3 for assist), your support does a good job and dies (-1 for death, +3 for assist). You do a good job, but survive mostly because of your teammates (you get +6 for kills). So your teammates get +2, you get +6. You start to play as party of 3 and in 10 games you are Hotness, the are 2 tiers lower. Sounds fair? And it is especially true for low levels, when you can just almost 100% survive...
