They are aware of this bug. For now they're saying to double tap to buy your items as that will for sure work every time. To sell items, swipe the item description text all the way up and then hit the SELL button.

Thread locked and comments with players names have been deleted. Player shaming is not allowed on the forums. If you have an issue with how afkers / negative behavior is dealt with make sure discussion does not involve pointing out specific player names / insulting specific people.

Update 1.1.6 was a pre-holiday submission that largely prepares Vainglory for our upcoming release in Japan and Korea. This update also sets the stage for worldwide rollout of Party queue chat and additional social features. Plus, this includes Russian language support and visual/audio upgrades to Skaarf and Petal. We'll follow this update as quickly as possible with the release of 1.1.7, which I can now definitively say will include a new hero! For now, let's take a closer look at 1.1.6....

Just going to note here that if you feel anyone is breaking the rules or creating a toxic environment just hit dat "report" button on their comment and I will investigate. :) It also helps me keep track of their behavior if they have repeat offenses if you report every time you see them breaking the rules! Thanks to those that reported Acookiejar, and sorry it took me a bit to handle them, what with Christmas and the spam war and stuff. :(

Effective immediately, it takes significantly fewer AFKs before players are considered "repeat offenders." Once deemed repeat offenders, those players will be matched with other leavers. This lasts until they demonstrate they can consistently finish matches. If they don't, they can hang out with the rest of the AFKers away from the players who care. Read the full post here.
