Did you try reading glaive guides here? They are immense resource to new players, or for people who want to get better at the game. Most things you might need to know about glaive is that he is: Flexible, and could go Weapon Power or Crystal power and Support the team with his AoE Abilities. He is a super strong kitty so try act like one, I. E. Hide in bushes and either wait for an enemy, or hide in the lane bushes until you're sure you can punt the enemy into the turret or help a teammate...

Isn't what you described called leashing?

Nice build, have you considered CP taka? It synergies quite well with his heroic perk except for the crits, but that critical will allow taka to have enough move speed to catch up or run away from his opponent and rather juking to kill or kaku to escape and nuke the team some other time. I like the detail to attention in your guide, have you ever tried broken myth on Ringo especially when your enemies are countering your damage with shields. This is a start to good guide. All it needs is a little clean up and more understandable item section, like little item sections to counterbuild or to hybrid or full crystal power or full weapon power. Other than that this guide is a great resource for fellow Taka players. Goodluck and cheers!

Just keep playing my friend you'll eventually get off the afk queue just as long as you don't leave or disconnected from other matches. Think of it as a time out from super evil, cuz sometimes it's not your fault (lol) . My bet on karma is that you'll get paired up with more experienced players such as yourself, though if you get the afk queue you are put into a pile of players who either dced or just plain deserted. For the moment you should build an Atlas Pauldron with high atk speed like that. Also what you described and did is called stutterstepping, or orb walking in other games. The devs at SEMC have addressed this issue and are aware of its existence, you can find their objectives on what to work on in the 1.1.7 Update news.
