I agree that Petal cannot carry, but she can do very well just holding the lane if the jungler will be the main carry. I have not found a build yet that allows Petal to put out enough damage to be dominant, but as an assist to say...a WP Glaive, she can be huge!

CR Taka is a burst character meaning he will have a very high amount of damage with his abilities (normally his first 2 attacks), but then is harmless with his basic attack until his abilities come back off cooldown. WP Taka is high sustained damage with basic attack, not abilities. It doesn't take long to get familiar with what items are best suited toward each hero, and which ones are a waste of time. There is a problem with following builds online. They most likely will have nothing to do with the match you are in. Example being you want to try a new WP Ringo build you looked up. You get into a match only to find out that your teammate selected Joule and is going with a weapon build as well. Or, same start with your Ringo, you get a Krul going crystal in the jungle,...

I had a fun experience a couple games back. I'll spare you the boring details, but by early mid game, this teammate of mine decided that instead of going AFK in frustration, he was just going to follow me around the whole map and last hit all my farms! First off, plant TONS of 's and place them in the bushes. I mean TONS! Don't plant the seeds in the open since they will just grant extra gold to the enemy and will easily be killed off. HIDE THEM! The seeds will also grant vision in the bushes if the enemy is trying to sneak up on you. Only focus on last hitting minions and don't let your munions just sit out there attacking there creeps, they will just be easy targets. I would suggest looking at , then going . I go with Contraption early game ONLY if my team is more offensive minded. The traps and flares find the enemy for mid game jungle or lane rushes when most people are still farm focused and playing with the laner/jungler arrangement. It also helps me farm if I'm covering the lane or separated from the team mate I'm feeding. The cooldown boost is nice and the health regen helps me farm longer, but in late game when the game is more team fight oriented, those don't really matter since the...

As far as I know, Tier 3 skins will not be available to purchase with ICE. Could be wrong, though.
