Well, first off, yes halcius, it's pretty true that wp on krul doesn't work as good as it would on say, glaive. The issue isn't how it pairs with his basic attacks; the issue is that when you use the passive, the first ability, a shiversteel, decent WP damage from his basics, high attack speed, & his second ability, it really puts in some damage. In the past, I would always find krul to be an easy kill, but as of lately, he's been a real pain in the ass. I've been noticing that teams with wp krul tend to do very well, and krul has usually been the best performing character in matches that I've seen him in. Is this just me, or has anybody else noticed this? I haven't played as krul in months, but I have found this general transition to sorrowblade+bp to be very interesting. I recently started playing VG again after taking a semester off, & I noticed that blackfeather is the new assassin. I bought him & I'm highly interested in him, but I can't seem to get down the ideal build for him. I've been trying different WP builds with mixed results (crystal was a disaster, but I'm open to well tested crystal build). Any suggestions on the best build & play style for Blackfeather?

Joule makes for a great laner, especially with WP builds. Her jump provides an easy getaway if you over extend, or a way to trap the opposing laner. Her strike is great for poking the enemy, getting last hits, or clearing minion waves. I've had mixed results with glaive; for me, it really depends on how good the opposing laner is. A good laner will poke me & gun me down quickly, a bad one will overextend & get an ass kickin. I prefer more traditional laners- save for joule- but...

Breaking point should be your go to item if the fights are very long. It may not blend well with your build, but if you can get 10 seconds on your breaking point, you'll be doing some pretty good damage. If you see a tanky team, try to build WP with a breaking point from the start of the game. Aftershock is decent, but it won't be the game changer; same for broken myth. Maybe an eye of harvest, shatter glass, broken myth, & aftershock combo would work well, but that'd take some time....

Yeah, I haven't used Rona much till now; she's by far one of my favorites. I think I'll stick with her, get a new support, & try Skye out later like yangus suggested

I can either get Skye, get another support (all I have rn is Catherine), or get a new skin. I'm a huge fan of snipers and laning in general, but I have no need to get Skye if she's not any better than, say, ringo or Celeste or vox. I haven't seen much of her gameplay yet, since not many people have bought her & I wasn't playing much when she was released. So, thoughts on Skye? If anybody would like to explain her pro's & con's or start a discussion I'd be much obliged :)

I agree that he's OP. All crit hits, 20% lifesteal on them, a free reflex block through his first ability, invisibility, a very low ult cool down, frequent bursts of speed, high ability damage, and so on- it's all a little too much. You can't really counter him with AP or aegis because he uses both burst and basic attack damage. All you can really do is alleviate the situation through players who can take his damage- krul, Glaive, joule, Rona- and have supports like cath or ardan to stun...

When and where was this? Unfortunately I don't live on the forums like you do. Also, you're in Pretty Good; is there really even a need for a 1v1?
