This, along with npora's first post. They summed it up quite nice. Krul is weak in early game, limited in team fights, & fragile underneath his abilities. I like him but he struggles at high tiers.

I was hit by taka & I couldn't teleport home because I was still taking damage from his ultimate, so yes, it does work. Remember, this is the damage before shield is taken into account. Once you take shield into account the slice damage is probably well cut in half.

Your best option is to bring all of your teammates into the jungle with you. Without them, you risk getting trampled by the other team, or losing valuable jungle minions. As you progress into higher skill tiers, you'll find that pretty much every team waits in the bush at the start of the game, so you shouldn't have to worry about the issue later on. at pretty good most people just don't care. It's not that they're cooperative, it's that they just kind of do their own thing & follow you if you're good. teamplay is often a lot easier down there because people just kind of follow you where ever :D In simply amazing players tend to feel like pro's & feel entitled to doing whatever they want. I've been in SA silver for some time & it's only a tiny bit different than hotness. There's a few more incredibly good players... Granted, I've had some trash teammates, but they usually get overshadowed by the pro's. I don't think you'll start to see only good teammates till you get to pinnacle.

Stay at the back of the fights. As a jungler (krul), I find celeste to be REALLY squishy & easy to take out if she isn't being careful about her positioning.
